We do this by working to change the narrative surrounding Black people from degradation and disparities to aspirations, contributions, and success, primarily through our Asset-Framing approach.

What if My Company Doesn’t Match?
If your company does not currently match donations to BMe, it doesn’t hurt to ask them to start. Pass on information about BMe and its impact.
